  • General Terms & Conditions: (Terms and conditions specific to packages apply! Please read Terms and Conditions provided in each package contract before ordering. These following conditions are in addition to those in the contract agreements)
  • You must agree to these terms and those contained in the package contract:

    • Must be 18 years of age or older to contract space rental

    • All content must adhere to all state and federal laws. Content must be approved by OptiMax Design LC as viewable for all audiences.

    • Contracts are for a term of 1 year.

    Contracts including credit card services: OptiMax Design LC will receive and process credit card payments. Payment to the renter will be issued upon clearance of the customer credit card minus the 6.4% processing fee. Retail renter will be responsible for filling the order and shipping items.

    Contracts including shopping cart services: Retail renter must agree to ship all orders within 3 business days of receipt of order.

    Contracts including shopping cart services: Retail renter must agree to provide solution for all returns and disputes. OptiMax Design LC will charge an additional 4% on all returns involving any kind of refund. If at all possible, arrange an exchange.

    Contracts including shopping cart services: Retail renter must email a verification that you have received the order and your customer information within 48 hours, or that order will be put on hold for 7 days. If we do not have verification within 7 days, that order will be voided and money returned to the customer. (There is no hold on verified orders)

    • Monthly fees are charged automatically to the credit card account specified at set-up. Please notify OptiMax Design LC if that account changes or is discontinued. Information will be dropped from the site if payment is not fully processed within 7 days of your processing day. (Processing days are the same day each month corresponding to date your service was first contracted.)


• Additional items can be replaced or items deleted at any time. If an item is replaced, all information must be submitted: photo, text etc. Items will be added in the order they are received and every effort will be made to do that quickly. There is a $1.00 replacement fee that will be charged to your account.

• Time required for construction and upload to site location will depend on how quickly choices and approvals are granted by the customer. We make every effort to get each customer up and running as quickly as possible.

• Please allow additional construction time for shopping cart hook-up.

• Logos and other company specific graphics to be provided by the customer, or will be created by OptiMax Design LC at the hourly rate of $40 per hour. Please call for quote for company specific graphics creation.

• You will be emailed specific set up requirements for photographs and other graphic elements relevent to the package you've orderd. Please adhere to these requirements. Any adjustments to improperly formated or sized graphics will be charged the standard $40 hourly rate. (Does not apply to some packages)

• You must provide OptiMax Design LC with a phone and email contact address. You must notify OptiMax Design LC if this information changes.

• Contracts are not honored until receipt of email agreement to terms (will be provided to you by email.) You must return the email with all requested information and your agreement to terms and conditions stated here.

• Payments submitted through this site are tested daily for security and every attempt is made to make the information submitted as secure and hacker-free as possible, using the highest firewall security measures.

• Additional pages can be added for $25 per page of up to 10 images. (Images supplied by artist)
